Banana Bread Tiramisu
For Filling
- 1 loaf dark chocolate banana bread
- 2 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 30 gram granulated sugar
- 4 fresh bananas sliced
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 4 tbsp lukewarm water
- 1/3 cup dark coco powder
Preparations
- in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer beat whipping cream and sugar until firm peaks form.
- In a casserole dish Add a layer of banana bread covering the bottom completely.
- Dissolve instant coffee in lukewarm water then apply it on the bread slices with a brush.
- Cover the banana bread with a thin layer of whipped cream.
- Add a layer of banana slices on top of the whipped cream layer and top it off with the remaining whipped cream until the bananas are completely covered
- Using a sieve dust with cocoa powder on top until it’s completely covered
- Enjoy
